This is definitely one of the better blue fragrances out there. I don't know if it's worth the price, however.

This is a popular fragrance but for me it's a simple blue fragrance with a pretty boring lifespan. It's a good blind buy but lacks the complexity I come to love. Good but not great.

I like this much better than Sauvage. It's more sophisticated. There is an issue with longevity.  That is my only knock on this one.

If you're looking for "blue" fragrance this one definitely checks all of the boxes. You can wear it any time of day or year. Mass-appealing, yet pleasantly complex.

Very good compliment getter and the smell is nice and classy

The whole lineup smells pretty similar to me so this is 2nd best imo. Parfum is powdery, EDP is balanced, and EDT is fresher. I just go by price at that point. I just get mainly grapfruit, wood, musk, and some spice

Good clean masculine smell. Not quite as versatile as others say in my opinion, but good nonetheless.

Bleu de Chanel has been great most of the times and a bit strange in other times. It gets compliments and smells good for the summer. However at times it smells like detergent for clothes, which is not a bad scent, just a strange scent to have at times. I don’t think many other people describe this detergent smell scent so it may just be me.

At first I really enjoyed this cologne then after I tried it a few more times I thought it smelled very similar to my aftershave. I don’t get much of a citrus out of this cologne I think there are better options.

While I am not a fan of blue fragrances, Bleu De Chanel EDP (BDC) and Narciso Rodriguez Bleu Noir Parfum were as close as I came to considering purchasing one. Of all the blue scents I've smelled, if you like blue scents, BDC is an absolute no-brainer. It is clean, inoffensive, and the kind of fragrance you know will offend no one, while potentially leading many to ask what you're wearing. I find that BDC has much less of an aquatic scent than most other blue fragrances (Dylan Blue, Chanel's Allure line, YSL's line, Versace Pour Homme, Prada Luna Rossa Ocean, etc). For this reason, BDC was one of the few blue scents I could see myself gravitating toward if my only options were blue fragrances.

As always, try as many fragrances in any given style as you can afford to via decant before buying a full bottle. If you're looking for blue scent, I cannot recommend the BDC lineup enough. They lack the strong marine/aquatic notes of most blue fragrances, and instead seem to focus on being clean and fresh, with some spice added for that masculine touch. If you dig marine or aquatic notes, you may like others such as Dylan Blue, Allure Homme Sport, or Luna Rossa Ocean EDT a bit more. My 3-star rating is only because I don't like blue scents. I think it's a 4-star fragrance for most folks out there.

I keep seeing vids on how this is the best overall fragrance for men for any occasion. And I get why they would say that. It's pleasant enough and I don't see it possibly offending anyone's nose but to me it's just not exciting at all. I'd rather wear nothing then to be layered in a cloud of scent that doesn't impress me in the slightest.

This has a nice citrus smell on the spray and last long on the dry down. It's a good overall scent. I tried it in parallel with Dylan Blue Pour Homme and liked this one more.

This gives me the clean shower gel-like smell that I've been looking for. I like that it isn't super intense like Sauvage is, but performance is markedly worse than it. I could still smell Sauvage the morning after, but BDC seems to disappear after 4-5 hours, for me at least.

Just super clean, classy, and masculine, I think its a classic for a reason. I would recommend giving the Parfum a try along with this one, just in case you might prefer the slightly richer scent, but honestly you cant go wrong with either they're just great

Great fragrance you can wear anytime, anywhere. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

There's a reason this seems familiar. It's not because it's a copy of other mainstream scents, but because everyone else copied it. Absolutely inoffensive, and a pleasant, clean smell.

Just a wonderful, fresh scent that you could wear ever day all yea round. Safe and classy, you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn't like this.

Solid fresh scent that everyone will find agreeable. Performance is not an all day affair so you'll need to reapply if that's what you're looking for.

This is a very nice fragrance.  Very refined and smooth. Perfect for almost any occasion. I wore mine to class and it was a perfect office/classroom environment scent.

Somehow, this is simultaneously smooth, fresh, and sweet.  You can't go wrong with this, literally nobody on earth will dislike this.

Try both for yourself it comes down to preference but i like the Parfum more than EDP.

I have the EDT version and wanted to test the EDP. I like that it is more subtle less sharper than the edt. The edt is pretty sharp and smells stronger to me but this one is an all around classic. The edp is a must for me and can see myself wearing for all occasions.

Smells great and versatile. Can be used for any occasion and is a must own.

A friend recommended I try out BDC as they loved how it smells and I had never smelt it before but I understand now. It is a perfect and safe summer scent that will please people and gets you compliments.

Theres a reason for the popularity of this scent. Versatility is broad. This is a safe scent that isn't going to have you standing out as unique, but the reputation is warranted as this will have you smelling clean and fresh. It is missing a little edge that would make it 5 stars in my opinion, but you know what you're getting with this.

By and far this fragrance has it all- Chanelesque aroma, great sillage, and decent lasting fragrance- maybe 4 hours. I would not buy it again but would rather find a lower-priced imitation.

I've got all three BDCs. Overall, I think you'd be hard-pressed to be able to consistently tell the difference between any of them unless you're truly a fragrance nut.

Overall, the EDP is a bit less "spiky" or "harsh", especially when it comes to the citrus notes, compared to the EDT. It comes off slightly more sweet and creamy. The EDT is a bit fresher. The Parfum is a bit more woody.

I don't find any BDC to be fantastic when it comes to longevity or projection. None of the "fill a room" which is a good thing in my opinion. With that said, EDP is a good middle ground between fresh and woody when comparing to the rest of the line.

After trying all three BDC variations, I think this is the best one. It has longevity, and a clean, soapy smell to my nose and the best part it isn't Sauvage. There may be other Blue fragrances I like a little better, but this is a quality formula that is an easy reach.

I was never a fan of Bleu de channel wen I smell them in the store so I decided to sample it and loved it.

Bleu de chanel edp as well as the rest in the line are best blue fragrances not only do they smell amazing but they extremely versatile, literally wear it for any occasion and smell great no matter what

This is the embodiment of a blue cologne, citrusy, fresh, long lasting, it’s an iconic scent that belongs in everyone’s collection.

Bought this mainly to compare to dior homme 2020 since I knew I already liked both. I gotta say, dior homme 2020 is great but I think I like this a little more. It really does have one of the most balanced ingredient list and ingredient quantity of all time. The thing I think gives this an edge up over dior homme is that the included citrus and incense notes hold up and are more pleasing for longer periods of time whereas the woody iso-e-super which is more prominent in dior homme starts to lose a bit of finesse after 4 or so hours but thats reaching for a nitpick. Highly recommend trying both.

Not bad at all, but its a lot heavier than I expected, really long lasting. Not good for the hot weather. Like the EDT but less citrus and more woods/amber. A 5 star fragrance, but 4 for me.

Love BDC edp and parfum. Safe, classy scents that can be worn anytime, anywhere. Definitely worth getting!

One of my favorite fragrances and smells really good. Also last for a while too.
